Protecting Baby E -- Part 2

Okay... so when I looked into requiring log-ins for this blog I got pretty overwhelmed with the idea that my family and friends had to set up a separate blogger account and sign in there before they could view the blog. The whole idea behind the blog was to EASILY share pictures and stories of Babyhawk with her family and friends - especially her grandparents and great grandparents. Adding the additional blogger sign in step defeats the purpose. So.... I have decided not to protect the blog at this time. We love reading all of the comments - but I ask that if you post a comment please do not use any identifiers -- including geographical. Thanks and enjoy the new posts!

Baby's First Fiesta...

It was my birthday weekend so Dad and E went all out in throwing me a little Fiesta. It was very important to get into character.

No babies were hurt in the making of these photographs... the moustache was stuck to her pacie.
Dad looks a little scary in this one.

E looks so mature in this one. Very distinguished.

E was ready for her first Bridal Shower.

Oops! Lost the pacie!

And finally... E was a little fussy this afternoon and Dad figured out this new trick to make her happy.

FINALLY... a NEW Post!

We are up and running again! I feel like E has changed so much since my last post. She is getting bigger everyday and becoming more and more alert. E has rolled over - from belly to back - unassisted four times. Dad is absolutely thrilled and has caught it on video a couple of times. We will share that video once we have a chance to upload it.
This is my last week at home with E... It is going to be rough going back to the big bad adult world, but Dad will be home with her when I go back for a few weeks. Enough talk - let's get to what you really came here for:
Dad and E reading "Is Your Mama a Llama?"

E's friends over at Twin Kennedy have her outfitted with the finest footwear... Now if it would only rain!

E got all dressed up for her soon-to-be Godparents' big day at church. She seemed to enjoy all of the music and slept through the entire mass... She saved her man-burp for the middle of the special ceremony when the church was completely silent... The one time Dad didn't think her burps were quite so cute.

We had to snap a picture since the two of us girls are in our Sunday Best and not our Jammies.

Pretty in Pink...

What a face!

E put on one of her many party dresses from Aunt H.

Grandma and Grandpa were here visiting... we all had a great time!

No photos this week...

There are no new pictures this Sunday because our computer has become the latest victim of our bad luck. Those of you that know my husband well might expect a complete freak out between this, the house A/C and the A/C in his car.... but he says we have been so blessed with a happy and healthy baby all of this stuff really doesn't matter. He is so right.

We have exciting video to share once we have a functioning computer --- Baby E rolled from her tummy to her back for the first time! We hope to have the computer repaired or replaced by this weekend...
